KENSINGTON Commercial Properties – New sector of the KENSINGTON Group

Expansion of the KENSINGTON Group continues. Investment and commercial properties have been offered through a new subdivision since the beginning of 2020.

Edon Demaj, who has been successfully working as a portfolio manager at KENSINGTON Family Office AG for 3 years, will be responsible for operating the business as Managing Director of KENSINGTON Commercial Properties. “The last 3 years have been very successful. Within the scope of the Family Office activities we were able to handle several transactions in the investment property sector. It now makes sense to further develop this area in an independent division”, Edon Demaj explains this step.

The focus of KENSINGTON Commercial Properties is on the brokerage of apartment buildings, hotels, building land and commercial properties. Clients are investment foundations, pension funds, international private investors, family offices, funds and banks.
